Chef Paul is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with work experience at The Ritz-Carlton, The Biltmore Hotel, The Windsor Club and University of Charleston, among others. A leading figure in WV's culinary community, Chef provides consultative services to restaurants including menu development, yeild testing, and food cost with the extra bonus of being kind and funny. Chef Paul also developed the Buzz Carnivore Club, cautiously leading mere mortals into the world of highest quality beef.
